What is Elementary Art Resources?
Elementary Arts is a place where parents and teachers can look for materials that I have used and created. These poems, artwork and books were originally created for my students but loved by so many other people I made them available online.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge for shipping. You will be charged shipping costs once you enter a zip code at check out, PayPal will determine the shipping total by your zip code.
What types of shipping do you offer?
We offer ground shipping and priority shipping. The price will be determined on checkout when entering your zip code. Ground Shipping, is approximately 5 -7 business days on times of arrival according to where we are located (Nevada). Priority shipping is 2 – 3 business days.
Damaged shipment
If your items were damaged due to shipping, we will resend the prints to you immediately. We only ask that you email contact@elementaryarts.com with a picture of the damaged package. This is required since we file a claim.Also, please inform us of damages within 5 business days of receiving your items.
Cancellations
Customers who cancel before items are shipped will be issued a refund.
Refunds
In cases of refunds or cancellations, it may take up to 30 business days for a credit to be issued. For billing related questions, please feel free to call or email us. Buyer will be issued a refund of only item cost. We can’t refunding shipping expenses or pay for return shipping.
